We accept Medicare on assignment, and some major PPO plans for medical problems related to your skin. Your insurance company may classify any of these to be cosmetic (and thereforenot covered by your insurance): removal of benign growths (including benign moles), destruction of tags, spider veins, cysts, lipomas, pigmentation problems, alopecia (hair loss), fungal nail infections, etc. Ask our staff for further information.
Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance plans. Payment for cosmetic surgical services is due at the time of service. Pre-payment may be required to reserve office time for scheduled procedures.
