Richard G. Glogau, M.D. is a clinical professor of dermatology at the University of California San Francisco and is recognized worldwide as an expert in the treatment of the aging face. He is the developer of the Glogau Photoaging Classification, widely known as “The Glogau Wrinkle Scale”, which has become the standard evaluation scale used by physicians world-wide to treat frown lines, wrinkles, and sun damage. Dr. Glogau and his wife live in San Francisco. They have one adult son living and working in San Francisco. Dr. Glogau and his family are very active philanthropists who founded the Glogau Teddy Bear Rescue Fund to help the families of hospitalized children.
